Krabi Hotels Guide
Ao Nang is the most popular holiday destination in Krabi and this is where you will find most hotels. You can use Ao Nang as a hub from which to visit the other beaches and tourist destinations. If you like nightlife, restaurants and shopping, then Ao Nang is probably the best place for you.
Nopparat Thara is close to Ao Nang and is within the Hat Nopparat Thara-Koh National Park – it is much quieter here if you prefer to get away from the crowds, but close enough to Ao Nang to visit at your leisure.
Railay Peninsula hosts some amazing beaches, but it is only accessible by boat, so bare that in mind if you are considering to stay in this location. Railay has a laid back hippy feel, but can get busy with day trippers during certain times of the year. It is also a prime destination for rock climbing and you will find rock climbing groups and courses here.
Other destinations include Krabi town, Klong Muang and the Phi Phi islands.
